Report a concern form

Through this form, you can submit an anonymous report about any bullying, discrimination and/or harassment incident(s).


Should you want to talk to someone about what you experienced, please feel free to contact inclusion@uni.lu or one of our team members directly. All conversations with the inclusion team are always confidential.

  • The report is anonymous, please do not provide personal data or identifying information. However, if you would like someone to get in touch about confidential support or advice, further details about this are provided during the reporting process.  
  • The information will be collated and analysed by the Inclusion Office to help us understand what kind of incidents are taking place within our community, take positive action and understand the impact of initiatives run by the University
  • A report on the data collected will be presented to the Rectorate on an annual basis
  • The University cannot take direct action as a result of anonymous reporting
