Dear Students and Staff,
The Office of Student Life happily invites you to participate as vendors in the university’s Flea Market!
Register by completing the following survey.
Where & When?
The Flea Market will take place on Tuesday, 4 November 2025, from 16:30 to 18:30, inside the Maison des Arts et des Étudiants.
Who can participate?
Staff and students (including PhD students) of the University of Luxembourg
What can you sell?
Clothes, shoes, accessories, books, bedding, small house decorations and household tools, handicraft…
Secondhand items only (except handicrafts). NO luxury items are allowed, and items should be in good condition.
If you would like to sell something not listed here, please email us at osl@uni.lu for clarification, and we will let you know if your item is permitted.
What do you get from us?
Half of a table or a full table, a chair and potentially a clothing rack (very limited amount available, you can bring your own).
What does the participation cost?
Nothing! Registration and participation is free, and you can keep what you earn. 😊
Participation confirmation will be sent on 16 October 2025 as well as additional instructions for the vendors. Participants will be selected to ensure a diverse and balanced range of items for sale.
