AI Talent Matchmaking Event – Call for Participants

The Luxembourg AI Factory, in collaboration with the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, is organizing an AI Talent Matchmaking Event on 9 October 2026 (09:00-12:00) at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.

This event will bring together PhD students, doctoral candidates, and early-career researchers with companies active in AI, Finance, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and related fields. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with industry representatives, showcase their expertise, explore career and collaboration opportunities, and engage in solution-focused matchmaking discussions.

To express your interest, please complete this survey. Information provided will help us create relevant matches between participants and companies. The survey should take about 15 min to complete. 

Participation is free of charge. As places are limited, profiles will be reviewed to ensure a balanced group of participants and strong alignment with the needs and interests of participating companies.

Privacy Notice

The personal data collected through this form will be processed by the University of Luxembourg for the purposes of managing applications, selecting participants, organising the AI Talent Matchmaking Event, facilitating participant-company matchmaking activities, and evaluating the event. 

Your personal data will be accessible only to authorised staff involved in the organisation of the event and will not be shared with external partners for selection or operational purposes. 

The University of Luxembourg may share aggregated and anonymised statistics derived from participant data with partners, including the Luxembourg AI Factory consortium and the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, for reporting, evaluation and communication purposes. These statistics will not allow individual participants to be identified. 

Any LinkedIn profiles, ORCID profiles, personal websites, or other supporting documents submitted as part of the application will be used solely for participant assessment, selection, and matchmaking purposes by the University of Luxembourg and will not be shared with external partners. 

The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the University of Luxembourg's 'Privacy notice related to events management'. This information notice provides further information about how your personal data is processed and protects personal data as data controller in relation with attendees in the events organised by the University and your GDPR rights as a data subject.
