The UL will keep your personal data for its internal use and will not transfer it to any other entity, within or outside the European Union. The UL also ensures that your data is protected according to state-of-the-art IT security standards. Your personal information will be retained by the UL until the end of the event. It will then be deleted at the end of the event. You have the right to access, the right to rectify, the right to erase, the right to withdraw your consent and the right to complain to the Luxembourg National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD) at any time.
