Photo & Videos Policy

During the event, the organiser will take pictures and record videos for communications purposes. By registering, guests authorise the University of Luxembourg and the event partners to record and publish their image in photographic and video format for communications in relation to the event. Your pictures and videos may be stored after the event, including on social media, for archiving purposes. The use of your pictures and videos is based on your consent under Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR.
